Avaya Implementation

Today, I have a meeting with Avaya team to deploy Avaya IPCC at my company. I will lead this implementation starting from zero to brought UP the system. This Avaya will replace our 3.1 Cisco Call Manager. We will have further discussion with Avaya technical team for Technical details, such as architecture, IP addressing and numbering scheme for agents
